Refund Policy

UniPrep is an independent, student-run platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shiv Nadar University (SNU) or Shiv Nadar Foundation.

1. Digital Content Nature

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales on UniPrep are considered final once the content has been accessed or viewed. Because our courses consist of downloadable PDFs and instantly streamable videos, we cannot "revoke" access in the same way a physical product can be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only process refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice under the same account.
  • Missing Content: If the purchased bundle is completely empty or the files are irreversibly corrupted/unplayable (and our technical team cannot fix it within 48 hours).
  • Major Discrepancy: If the content provided is fundamentally different from what was advertised in the bundle description.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@uniprep.dev within 24 hours of your purchase. Your email must include:

  • Your Transaction ID
  • The name of the bundle purchased
  • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You changed your mind after viewing the content.
  • You accidentally purchased a course for the wrong semester or subject.
  • Your account was suspended for violating our Terms (e.g., sharing accounts or attempting to pirate content).

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment app may take additional time to reflect the credit.
